As all businesses struggle through these uncertain economic times, RCB has yet again bucked the trend and seen through yet another busy year.
Apart from having to watch the pennies we come out of 2011 in a good position and, go into 2012 with even more confidence because I believe we have some of the best staff any company could wish for.
The fact that we are thriving, secure with our current customers and hopefully looking positively toward the new year is, essentially, down to you.
Our Staff have pulled together when it was needed and, pushed that extra yard when we really needed it. Without you there would be no RCB and I am both proud and grateful to be associated with such worthy people.
If time permits I would like to visit each of you and thank you personally for your loyalty and support. But in the meantime I’d like to wish each and everyone of you a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
